Shipping & Returns
I aim to dispatch hat orders for ready to wear hats in 1-3 business days.
Every effort will be made to get your hat made, despatched and delivered on time, however, due to the current Covid- 19 situation there may be a small delay with the postal service. Please be patient with us during this time.
I use the Royal Mail service for postage of my hats. U.K orders are sent 1st class with the signed for service. International orders will be sent using Royal Mail international standard shipping.
Where sizing is wrong or an item is faulty I am happy to exchange items returned to me unworn, clean and in good condition at no extra cost to you (UK customers).
Due to hygiene any items returned must be unworn, clean and with original tags.
All returns/exchanges must occur within 14 days of purchase.
Where I am unable to help you find an alternative, I offer a no-quibble refund on your item purchase. This refund is the price of your purchase, but not the postage cost. Custom orders are non-refundable (please see store policy for details).
